For all horses visiting our club grounds, you are required to fill in our Horse Movements Record book, located on the table in the seating area adjacent to the tack shed. Please also fill out and retain a Horse Health Declaration form.
For riders attending events at other clubs, you will need to provide the Property Identification Code (PIC) of where your horse lives on your nomination form. For agisters, the PIC for the Gumdale grounds is: QEBB1476
Please make a note of this number and remember to provide it when nominating, as well as on your Horse Health Declaration (a form required to be submitted when attending many competitions.
